Description
Honda Dream 50R HRC CB50R Honda Racing
The Honda Dream 50R HRC was conceived to commemorate Honda’s early racing history from the 60s.
Honda introduced its first factory offering in the 50cc category in 1962, the RC110.
The Dream 50 is immensely popular, having been produced in different versions over the years.
In 1997 Honda produces (as a tribute to the RC110 from the 60s) the CB50V Dream 50 in the street version, which delivers 5.6 HP at 10,000 rpm 5 gears.
The state version is made in red/silver and black/red, of which several thousand copies were produced.
In addition to the standard road version (red frame and chromed twin exhaust pipes), Honda built the Dream 50R HRC (black frame and black twin exhaust pipes) a few years later (2003).
In 2003 the HRC Dream 50R is built in a limited edition, an estimated 300 pieces really a feast for the eyes, a beautiful piece of technology, coveted by the collector.
The Dream 50R HRCs have a black frame with silver tank and rear fender, standard with adjustable front and rear suspension, a larger carburetor and HRC electronics.
Has 6 gears and weighs only 70 KG, 7.0 hp at 13,500 rpm ex works on Bridgestone Battlax BT39 SS Tires
Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) has a limited edition, an estimated 300 pieces of Dream 50Rs built only for competition and track, not for the public road, most of these went directly to collectors.
This Honda Dream 50R HRC is new, it has never been driven, the original brochure and the owner’s manual are sealed in the original packaging and are unopened.
